An exciting, award winning, adaptive reuse of an existing structure to create an Architect (energy) 2030 Challenge compliant creative office.
By partnering with an engineering student (Michael Magee) who was capable of running some energy use analysis via modeling software, Justin was able to quantify the interdependent impacts of several strategies beneficial to energy efficiency. The following graph demonstrates that in total those strategies reduced the energy use of his design by 50% relative to a typical office in Philadelphia.
